Joe has been an athlete all his life. He played football in high school, served our country as an Army Ranger for 6 years and has since competed in body building shows all across the United States. For the past 11 years, Joe has been a Personal Trainer who prides himself on helping ANYONE who wants to get in shape and lose weight, do just that.

From the seasoned athlete to the couch potato, from teenager to senior citizen — whatever your current fitness level, Joe can help you achieve your goals. Joe has written more than a thousand (!) personal fitness assessment programs over the years and he feels privileged to work with clients to not only reshape their bodies but to change their attitudes toward fitness.
